About the Crains

Hello!

We are the Crains and we live in the South Atlanta neighborhood three miles south of Atlanta, GA. We are considered Urban Missionaries of Polis Institute to Atlanta, GA.

The Crain family is made up of Landon (5), Karis (2), our twins Isaac and Eden, Adrienne and Dan.

We love being together as a family and just enjoying life with our neighbors and friends. This typically consists of a lot of laughter, dancing, wrestling matches, family pranks, trampoline jumping, baseball games, taking trips to the mountains, watching Caillou and Duck Dynasty.

God has called us to live as Urban Missionaries among the most vulnerable of our country in the under resourced neighborhood of South Atlanta and we love it. We have the absolute best neighbors anyone could ask for.

Adrienne's specific passion is about living out racial reconciliation in the name of Jesus. Her desire is to expose her family to the racial and systemic issues from the result of sin in our country. This does not happen if we choose to live in a bubble. Adrienne has taken missions trips to third world countries. Through this experience she realized that the same human need is here in America as well.

She longs to learn together with our neighbors what community means and also has a huge heart to fight for families who are on the verge of breaking up. She loves our neighborhood and has a great sense of being a part of something larger than ourselves.
